EKC Group, East Kent Colleges Group, is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to lead ER casework across six sites and support a 1,500-strong staff. You will handle grievances, disciplinary and capability matters, applying case law to policies and driving ER best practice.
A core part of the role is analysing ER data to inform strategy, presenting findings to senior managers, and advising on risk mitigation.
