We're recruiting an HR Administrator to support our client's HR team during the introduction of a new HR system.
 
This is a hands-on administration role suited to someone with HR administration experience, strong attention to detail and the confidence to spot when information is missing or needs checking.
 
As HR Administrator you'll be
 
Transferring existing HR documents and records into the new system, checking that information is accurate and complete.
Reviewing HR documents and processes, flagging gaps or inconsistencies to the HR team and helping to put agreed updates in place.
Setting up Docu Sign templates and supporting their use across HR processes.
Liaising with the external contractor developing the system, raising questions and sharing feedback from the HR team.
Providing day-to-day HR administrative support as needed.  What we're looking for
 
Previous experience in an HR Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role.
A working understanding of HR documentation, processes and compliance.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Confidence asking questions, following up on missing information and identifying potential issues.
A collaborative approach and the ability to work with colleagues and an external supplier.  The new system uses SharePoint, Microsoft Forms and Power BI. Experience using any of these would be helpful, but you won't need to build or develop the system.
 
The focus of this role is on HR administration, accurate documentation and supporting a smooth transition.
