Location – Bradford/Leeds, UK

Note: A Business Analyst with expertise in Primavera Capital Projects, particularly in Utilities (treatment plants, reservoirs) or Oil & Gas/Construction, acts as the vital bridge between project teams and technical systems to manage large‑scale capital investments. These professionals are responsible for optimizing project performance, tracking costs, managing risk, and ensuring schedule compliance using tools like Oracle Primavera.

• Lead business analysis initiatives by creating detailed UML diagrams to model and document business processes and system interactions.
• Utilize M365 Suites of Products to improve collaboration documentation and communication across teams Facilitate
• Design Thinking and Ideation Workshops to drive innovative solutions and align stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate complex business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to optimize workflows and project outcomes.

• Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholder’s product owners and agile teams to ensure clear communication and shared understanding.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including UML diagrams process flows and workshop outputs Plan and lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements validate solutions and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior business analysts on best practices in UML modelling agile methodologies and design thinking Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and proactive risk management Champion agile principles within the team to promote value driven delivery and continuous collaboration
