SAP Success Factors Solution Architect - Hybrid but with travel to Bradford (2 - 3 days a week onsite) - Inside IR35, 6 months + extension - £650 - £750 per day
OverviewA SAP Success Factors Solution Architect is required to be responsible for the design, implementation, and integration of the SAP Success Factors Human Experience Management (HXM) suite.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Design:
Leading the architectural design of Success Factors modules (eg, Employee Central, Talent, Learning, Time & Attendance) to ensure alignment with People/HR strategies and future-ready technology standards.
Integration Leadership:
Defining the technical architecture for connecting Success Factors with other enterprise systems like SAP S/4
HANA, payroll, and third-party applications using Middleware like SAP Integration Suite or Azure Datahub.
Governance & Compliance:
Governing data migration, system security, and privacy standards while ensuring adherence to global regulatory requirements.
Advisory:
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex business needs into scalable architectural blueprints and roadmaps.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a SAP Success Factors Solution Architect with proven experience in compliance heavy industries (Utilities), and of LMS (Learning Management System) specifically with Learning (priority), Time & Attendance and Performance modules for organisations migrating from S4 to SSF with complex work patterns, and performance management/benefits.
- You will have the confidence to lead, collaborate with and challenge partners, build strong business relationships with key stakeholders and lead the relevant designs through architecture governance and business sign off. You will also have the capability to manage and challenge 3rd party providers and internal teams in the delivery of the projects.
- Proven experience within a regulated Enterprise Environment.
- Deep knowledge of module-specific configurations (Employee Central, Time Management, Recruitment) and integration technologies (APIs, OData, SFTP).
- Proficiency in SAP Activate or Agile delivery methodologies.
