I am currently working with a well-known ecommerce retailer that is investing heavily in its digital growth and looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of Paid Social across the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the numbers but can also see the bigger commercial picture. The business is keen to meet someone who understands that strong social advertising is not just about quick wins, it is about building sustainable demand while delivering consistent revenue impact.

It is a hands‑on role, so you will be actively managing campaigns yourself rather than sitting at arm’s length. If you like having real control over strategy as well as execution, this one is worth a conversation.

The role:

You will lead Paid Social activity from planning through to optimisation, ensuring investment is working as hard as possible. Expect plenty of collaboration across marketing, ecommerce and creative teams, as well as exposure to an international setup that encourages knowledge sharing and new ideas.

Your focus will be on driving measurable results while continually refining approach through testing, insight and smart decision making.

What you will be doing:
  • Taking full ownership of Paid Social performance for the UK market
  • Managing campaigns across key platforms such as Meta and Tik Tok
  • Building plans that support both brand visibility and revenue growth
  • Running regular tests to understand what genuinely moves the needle
  • Using data to guide decisions and improve return on spend
  • Partnering with analytics teams to evaluate both immediate results and longer‑term impact
  • Working closely with ecommerce, brand and creative teams to align activity with trading priorities
  • Sharing learnings and helping shape best practice within a wider global marketing function

  • Proven experience running Paid Social within a commercial ecommerce environment
  • Strong platform knowledge and the confidence to manage sizeable budgets
  • A performance mindset balanced with an appreciation for brand building
  • Someone comfortable interpreting data and turning it into clear actions

  • Ability to operate effectively within a larger, multi market business
