The Email Marketing executive is responsible for supporting the management and development of our client’s email campaigns. Working with the Digital Marketing Manager to support the maintenance, growth and innovation of the company’s B2B prospecting campaigns, online and email platforms.
In additional to email marketing responsibilities, the ideal candidate will support our online reputation management efforts by helping to maintain a positive brand presence across key online platforms and help support the maintenance of our CMS platforms.
Responsibilities- Experience developing email marketing assets, including creating campaigns and campaign monitoring (Force
24 experience would be good but again not essential if they have experience on other similar platforms) - Experience designing and creating email templates
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations
- Support the growth of the digital lead generation activity including B2B email campaigns, websites, assets and reporting.
- Monitoring, analysis and development of the online reputation platforms
- Support the maintenance of CMS platforms
- Other duties may be assigned in order to meet the on-going needs of the organisation
- 3+ years digital marketing experience
- 2+ Experience working with email platforms
- Knowledge/experience working in both a B2B and B2C environments
- Basic HTML knowledge
- Experience overseeing online reputation
- Experience using CMS platforms such as Kentico, Drupal and Wordpress
- Strong working knowledge of the digital environment
- Strong working knowledge of marketing platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced & changing environment
- Ability to work in a small and creative team
- Self-Starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- High level of computer literacy/IT skills
