We are now looking for a Senior BI Developer to join our growing team based in our Bradford office during a pivotal period of transformation.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our data future as we transition from on-premise systems to a modern cloud-based data platform.

• Lead the creation of high-quality, self-serve reporting solutions for internal teams and external partners.
• Support and up-skill colleagues across the business in Power BI best practice.
• Build, enhance and maintain self-service dashboards in Power BI to deliver accurate, insightful and user-friendly reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Sales and others to understand requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Support the major data transformation project by contributing to the migration from on-premise warehousing to cloud technologies.
• Design efficient data models and pipelines using strong SQL and data-warehousing expertise.
• Develop BI capability across the wider team through mentoring and knowledge-sharing.
• Demonstrate proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for continuous improvement.

• Expertise as a Power BI specialist with strong dashboard development experience.
• Solid SQL skills and a sound understanding of data-warehousing principles.
• Experience working within BI or data engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
