Location: Hybrid from Bradford with occasional travel
Job Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

As part of an exciting period of growth, we're evolving our Technology function and creating new opportunities across the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join Anchor as a Technical Project Lead, playing a key role in delivering technology change that supports our colleagues, residents and wider business.
This is not a traditional project management role. We're looking for someone with strong technical understanding who can coordinate and lead the delivery of infrastructure and technology projects, ensuring solutions are delivered reliably, securely and with minimal disruption to our services.
Working closely with engineers, architects, suppliers and business stakeholders, you'll help shape technical solutions, remove delivery blockers and ensure projects are successfully implemented from planning through to transition into service.
What you'll be doing- Lead the delivery of infrastructure and technology projects across cloud, networks, platforms and end-user services
- Coordinate technical teams, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
- Translate business requirements into clear technical work streams and delivery plans
- Manage risks, dependencies and governance throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Support solution design, testing, implementation and service transition activities
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, standards and ways of working
- Experience delivering complex technology or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, security and end-user technologies
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and maintain delivery momentum
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Experience working within Agile, hybrid or iterative delivery environments
- A practical, delivery-focused approach with the ability to solve problems and remove blockers
- Experience working in housing, care, public sector or other regulated environments
- Knowledge of service transition and operational readiness practices
- Agile, ITIL or project management certifications
