We're looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our growing SEO team. Working closely with our SEO Lead, alongside other SEO Executives and Specialists, you'll play a key role in planning and implementing effective SEO campaigns for our clients.
This role is suited to someone with solid, hands‑on SEO experience who is ready to hit the ground running and make a real impact in a fast‑paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies for a portfolio of clients across various industries
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for client growth
- Optimise website content, metadata, and technical elements to improve search engine rankings
- Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, content marketing, and relationship building
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
- Conduct technical SEO audits and work with our development team to implement recommendations through Site Bulb
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
- Collaborate with the wider team on content creation and digital marketing strategies
- Communicate progress and results to clients through regular reports and updates
- Agency applicants: Minimum 2 years of experience in a dedicated SEO role within an agency environment
- In-house applicants: Minimum 4 years of experience in a dedicated SEO role (experience in a general marketing role does not meet this requirement)
- Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
- Knowledge of keyword research and competitive analysis techniques
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and how websites are structured
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with a passion for digital marketing and continuous learning
- Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, or Tag Manager
- Experience working with CMS platforms like Word Press, Shopify, or Kontent.ai
