Business Analyst
- Application Rationalisation
- Local Government (3‑Month Contract, £400‑450 per day, Outside IR35)
We are seeking two experienced Business Analysts to support a major application rationalisation programme with a Local Government client. The role focuses on reviewing and rationalising business applications, particularly CRM and GIS systems, while optimising the application portfolio and analysing IT contracts and supplier agreements.
Responsibilities- Consolidation of CRM and GIS systems
- Review and optimisation of the application portfolio
- Analysis of IT contracts and supplier agreements
- Recent Local Government experience
- Proven experience delivering application rationalisation or application portfolio optimisation initiatives
- Experience working with CRM and/or GIS systems
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management
- Experience reviewing IT contracts, licensing, and supplier arrangements
