Anchor in Bradford is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our friendly Service Desk team. You'll be the first point of contact for IT support, helping colleagues across the business stay connected and productive.
Working on a Level 1 Service Desk, you will resolve incidents quickly, log requests in Service Now, and escalate complex issues when needed, while delivering excellent customer service in line with SLA targets.
