Gamma is seeking a Service Desk Team Leader in Bradford for a hybrid role. You will lead a team of on-site and remote technicians, manage incidents and requests through Service Now, and ensure SLA commitments are met while keeping customers informed.
You will coordinate major incidents, oversee change processes, and present performance data to customers, partnering with internal teams to enable smooth service transitions and new introductions.
