The Access Group is seeking an onboarding specialist to lead the onboarding journey for new merchants, guiding them from initial setup to a successful go-live. You will configure EPOS hardware and software to match each customer’s needs and deliver engaging training so teams feel confident using the system.
Collaborating with Sales, Support and Product teams, you will resolve issues and ensure a smooth customer experience while supporting multi-project onboarding in a fast-growing environment.
