Digital Analytics & Insights Manager - Bradford
Digital Analytics & Insights Manager with excellent e-commerce retail / B2C customer insight analysis / customer journey analysis, reporting & Google Tag Manager experience is required by a leading ecommerce retail company based near Bradford. This role is hybrid working, ideally 2 - 3 days in the office.
This is not just reporting data, but owning GA4, GTM, attribution, customer journey analysis, marketing performance measurement, and stakeholder enablement.
You should have the following experience:
Analysing customer behaviour, journey data and online purchasing patterns within an eCommerce environment
Hands-on experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and customer journey analysis methodologies
Strong ability to identify customer trends, issues and conversion opportunities using website and marketing data.
Ability to work identify problems through digital analytics, produce reports then work with different marketing stakeholders so they are able to rectify these issues
Translating complex customer and trading data into clear, actionable insights that improve customer experience and commercial performance.
Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, engagement and conversion metrics, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
Experience evaluating the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and understanding how different channels influence customer behaviour and sales performance.
Ideally some knowledge of Google Tag Manager & understanding data layers / digital tracking frameworks
We are looking for an experienced ecommerce analytics professional with strong GA4 and GTM expertise, experience in digital tracking and data governance, and a proven ability to turn customer, marketing and eCommerce data into actionable commercial insights. The ideal candidate will have experience with attribution, customer journey analysis, stakeholder engagement, and working closely with development and marketing teams in a fast-paced digital environment
This role would suit a current Digital Analytics Manager or a Senior Digital Insight Analyst that is looking for that step up.
They are looking to pay a starting salary of £50,000 - £70,000 + Hybrid working.
