Location: Queensbury

A leading windows & doors manufacturer are seeking a Customer & Technical Support Executive, to join their team, offering support to clients on orders, updates and providing technical information on products. To be considered for this role, they're looking for someone who has experience working within the construction sectors, an understanding of AutoCAD to produce drawings and excellent customer service.

Salary £30,000 to £35,000 plus Benefits

What You Will Do:

- Take ownership of order processing and key administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

- Provide outstanding technical and administrative support to dealers across the UK, Republic of Ireland, Canada, and the USA via telephone, email, and Team Viewer.

- Collaborate closely with technical departments at the company's head office in Austria to deliver seamless solutions.

- Create precise pricing and quotations for special elements within orders.

- Develop production drawings using AutoCAD when required.

- Utilise company-specific software to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

What You Will Bring:

- A solid technical understanding and aptitude for problem-solving.

- Previous experience in client support is advantageous.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong computer skills.
