We are pleased to announce that applications are now open for this year’s intake into the Real Estate START academy. Launch date of the new academy is the 1st July 2025.

Hours: Full time

Salary: National minimum wage

What are we looking for?

There are 10 places available for this year’s intake where we will equip you with real world experience in conveyancing, along with one-to-one mentorship and the chance to work on live cases as you build up towards becoming a Fee Earner.

Conveyancing is fast paced and volume-based work, so we are looking for people that thrive under pressure, who like a challenge and who can balance being busy whilst still delivering good customer service.

The academy will be based in the Bradford Office with the remit being if you join the academy, you will be based at the Bradford Office for a minimum of 6 months. You will train alongside senior Managers, who will be overseeing the academy this year. Alongside this you will have day to day access to some of the wealth of knowledge and experience, we have within the conveyancing team at Bradford.

On successful completion of the academy there may be opportunities to discuss transferring out to another office location, however this will be based on business need when we reach the end of the next financial year.
