We re looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Implant to join a leading FMCG food manufacturer, supporting a major UK retailer across chilled and seafood categories.
This is a high-visibility role at the heart of the retailer supplier relationship, where you ll influence demand planning, availability, and operational performance while working directly alongside the retailer s teams.

The Role
Based on-site with the retailer, you will act as the key operational link between retailer and manufacturer, ensuring production plans align with demand while driving improvements in forecast accuracy, stock availability, and supply chain efficiency.
You ll work closely with retailer buying, merchandising, and supply chain teams, resolving day-to-day operational challenges while identifying opportunities to improve performance and deliver profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary supply chain contact between the retailer and manufacturing site
Align production planning with retailer demand and forecasts
Analyse EPOS data and trends using systems such as Blue Yonder or SAP
Improve forecast accuracy, availability, and stock management
Monitor and report on OTIF, inventory levels, and waste
Support promotional, seasonal, and event planning
Lead cross-functional initiatives and improvement projects
Build strong relationships with retailer buying, merchandising, and supply chain teams
Drive continuous improvement across supply chain performance and KPIs
What We re Looking For
1 3 years experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Forecasting
Experience with in FMCG, food manufacturing, or retail supply chains
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience with ERP systems or retailer forecasting tools (e.g. SAP, Blue Yonder) is desirable
