Salary: £32,000 – £44,000 + Excellent Benefits

The Role

You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day supervision of a busy European road freight operation, overseeing start-to-finish import and export movements while supporting the Operations Manager in leading a successful team. This is a hands-on position where you’ll ensure operational efficiency, deliver exceptional customer service, and help drive continuous improvements across the department.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience within European Road Freight operations
• Good knowledge of start-to-finish import and export processes
• Experience supervising or mentoring an operations team
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A proactive approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment
