European Road Freight Coordinator / Supervisor – Export

Are you an experienced logistics professional with a strong background in European road freight and trucking movements

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of the operations team, you will support and coordinate the day-to-day running of European import/export movements:

  • Coordinate European road freight shipments
    , ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Support import/export operations and ensure compliance with customs procedures
  • Assist with costing, quotations, and invoicing
  • Liaise with drivers, subcontractors, and European partners
  • Monitor deliveries, transport costs, and service performance
  • Plan routes and manage daily transport schedules
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues quickly and professionally
  • Support operational reporting and KPI tracking
  • Assist with team coordination, workload distribution, and daily supervision (for Supervisor level)
  • Ensure all activities are carried out in line with company procedures and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For

Experience:

  • Proven experience in European road freight / transport operations
  • Good understanding of import/export processes and customs requirements
  • Experience in a coordinator or supervisory role (or ready to step up)
  • Familiarity with transport planning and logistics systems

Skills:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking ability
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office; transport systems experience advantageous)
