- * Deal with customer queries via telephone/email

* Undertake customer bookings and input data into Cargo Wise and other systems
* Liaise with Customers, sub-contractors, Suppliers and agents
* Check and send customer documentation
* Produce bills of lading
* Provide bill of lading instructions

we are looking for a Key Accounts Coordinator with a knowledge of how to Produce bills of lading and Provide bill of lading instructions, this role is suitable for a trainee if you have the bills of lading experience and you want to learn more.
