As our Raw Material Planner for Top Fruit and Grapes, you’ll own the end to end supply plan hand in hand with the Buying Manager and our brilliant growers, you’ll make sure the right products reach the right customers at the perfect moment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Plan and control seasonal fruit ranges across the UK and the rest of the world. This could be finished goods or raw materials both on Myton manufacturing sites and remote grower/supplier locations
- Work in collaboration with fruit demand planning and our grower base to deliver on time and in full
- Work in collaboration with internal teams to manage stock, availability, waste/shrink and markdowns for all the products
- Partner with growers and internal teams to protect quality, freshness and sustainability all the way through to our customers
- Alongside the Buying Manager, have regular meetings with all the fruit grower/supplier base and be the main point of contact for daily order planning
- Work closely with the demand planning role in fruit to monitor forecasts versus actual orders and look at long term forecasting for all our growers, to be shared in regular review meetings
- Work with the Buying Manager to set up supplier KPI meetings and regularly monitor performance
- Make sure all planning administration is up to date and easily shared and understood by the wider Myton Produce Team
