Caretaker, Building Maintenance, General Labor

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.

We are recruiting an experienced Caretaker to join the team located in Bradford!

The Role:

Moving furniture across site.
Take down wall hangings, shelves & posters.
Break down & build furniture after move or when new.
Painting / decorating of offices & classrooms.
Tidying & cleaning of open areas.
Assist with waste management collections & recycling.
Driving the van between sites during a move.
Escort contractors round site.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team! A driving licence is essential for this role.

Working Hours

8am - 5pm
Monday to Friday
Overtime available!
Experience

Required:

Experience of working in high profile work environment
A good attitude & willingness to learn is essential
PC literate
Good Customer relationship skills
