Places for People is seeking a Maintenance Engineer Plumber to support the upkeep of student accommodation sites. You will perform planned preventative maintenance and respond to reactive plumbing issues, ensuring work is completed safely and to high standards.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the role requires NVQ Plumbing & Heating, relevant maintenance experience, and strong customer service skills. Desirable:
Gas Safe registration and FM or student accommodation experience.
