Warehouse Team Manager

We are looking for a Team Manager to join our flagship M&S site in Bradford
. You’ll be responsible for delivering operational excellence in efficiency, quality and cost for your area and team, through the development of people, processes, facilities and deployment of best practices.

This is a full‑time, permanent position where you’ll work on an 'any 5 from 7' shift pattern. The hours of work rotate weekly between 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00
.

Pay, benefits and more: You’ll be paid a salary of up to £34,000 per annum. • Take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the warehouse in your area; you’ll lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve challenging targets.
• Ensure resource planning is effectively carried out to optimise resource and efficiencies.
• With a good understanding of Health & Safety you’ll strive to make sure all operational processes are fully compliant with our policies, while accurately identifying risks and escalating your findings.
• Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to fully understand our customer and company requirements, incorporating them into all planning and reporting tools, activities and projects.

• A proven track record at team‑leader level, within a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• The ability to effectively lead, develop and manage a team, whilst identifying areas for development and recognising success.
• Excellent people skills – our people are what keep our wheels turning and we are extremely proud of our superior workforce.
• The ability to investigate and report findings, engaging with all levels within the site.
