• Deliver exceptional customer service by calmly handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.
• Connect with local business partners, grow your network and develop lasting relationships.
• Understand the financial mechanics of a successful business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
• Manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.
• Take the lead in mentoring, training, and developing your own team, and potentially manage and promote others as you grow.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred; professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
• Full manual UK or EU driving licence required; accommodations available for applicants who do not drive due to a disability.
