We’re partnering with a leading UK Facilities Management provider to appoint an exceptional Account Manager to oversee a significant PFI schools portfolio in Bradford.

The Opportunity

As Account Manager, you will take complete ownership of contract performance across a mix of secondary and specialist education settings.

You will:

  • Champion Health & Safety excellence across all sites
  • Own and manage full contract P&L performance
  • Deliver against KPIs and SLAs with precision and consistency
  • Lead, motivate and develop multidisciplinary FM teams
  • Identify efficiencies and implement innovative improvements
  • Act as the senior point of contact for key client stakeholders
  • Ensure contractual compliance across all service lines

This role demands strategic oversight combined with hands-on leadership — balancing commercial performance with exceptional service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a commercially astute FM leader with:

  • Proven experience managing PFI contracts or highly SLA‑driven environments
  • Extensive leadership experience across operational teams
  • A track record of delivering against contractual targets
  • Robust Health & Safety leadership credentials
  • The confidence and gravitas to influence at senior level
  • The ability to challenge constructively and drive improvement

Experience reviewing and interpreting commercial contracts is highly advantageous.
