Essential:

• Qualified solicitor with senior-level expertise in employment and (ideally) immigration law
• Either a seasoned PSL leader with proven team management experience, or a senior lawyer with equivalent credentials
• Enthusiasm for digital tools and automation
• Exceptional communication skills and a talent for creating engaging content
• Strong commercial awareness and collaborative approach
