Registered Manager Children’s Home

Location: Bradford

Total Package: Up to £60,364 £ 73,808 per annum

PLUS Additional Bonuses Accrued Each Year

Working in our clients Children’s Homes means being part of a young persons everyday life supporting them through their highest highs and lowest lows. As a Registered Manager, you’ll create an environment where both staff and young people feel secure, safe and motivated.

Our clients homes support young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. Their aim is simple: to achieve the very best outcomes for every young person in their care. Their holistic approach brings together education, care and clinical expertise, ensuring that every aspect of a young persons development is supported.

As Registered Manager, You Will
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of a childrens home
  • Take full ownership of Ofsted compliance and standards
  • Lead, inspire and develop a dedicated care team
  • Play an active role in assessing and welcoming new referrals
  • Create a nurturing, structured and aspirational home environment

Salary & Bonuses
  • Base salary: £51,331 £ 63,553
  • 10% annual performance bonus
  • £2,500 on-call bonus (approx. 10 weekends per year)
  • £1,400 attendance allowance
  • 30% long-term incentive plan accrued annually and paid as a future lump sum

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding childrens home
  • A passionate, committed and enthusiastic leader
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
  • A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
