An established children's residential care provider in the Bradford area is seeking an experienced Operations Manager / Responsible Individual (RI) to oversee two homes — one Ofsted-rated Good and one newly registered. The company is looking to grow and requires a dynamic, experienced individual with a proven track record in managing multiple residential homes.

• Provide strategic and operational oversight across both homes, ensuring high standards of care.
• Act as Responsible Individual (RI), fulfilling regulatory requirements and liaising with Ofsted.
• Support and develop home managers, ensuring robust staff supervision, training, and development.
• Monitor and drive quality improvement initiatives, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and operational performance across multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and company policies.
• Contribute to the organisation's growth plans, including new service development.

• Proven experience managing multiple children's residential homes.
• Experience acting as a Responsible Individual or equivalent regulatory leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and the regulatory framework for children's homes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, staffing, and operational priorities across multiple sites.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children with complex needs.
