Project Controls Manager

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to support the delivery of complex, mission-critical programmes within the defence sector. This role is central to ensuring robust planning, cost control, risk management, and performance reporting in a highly governed and security-sensitive environment. The role is located in the Derby Area however, this role will involve travelling and being on-site several days a week.

Qualifications Significant experience in project controls on large, complex programmes. Background in defence, aerospace, nuclear, infrastructure or other highly regulated environments. Strong understanding of planning, cost control, risk management, and EVM. Comfortable working within strict governance, assurance, and contractual frameworks. Proficient in tools such as Primavera P6, MSP, Power BI, Excel (or equivalent). Eligible for, already holding UK security clearance.

Additional Requirements Security clearance will be required for this position. The role will involve working on-site with clients several days per week.
