Project Development Manager – Mental Health Connect
Job Purpose:
To lead KHL’s Mental Health Project and other health‑related projects, ensuring they are well managed, promoted, delivered effectively and achieve their aims. The post holder will build strong partnerships, oversee monitoring and evaluation, identify opportunities for improvement and future development, work closely with the CEO to support delivery across KHL, and act as a safeguarding lead.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead the delivery, coordination and development of KHL’s Mental Health Connect Project and other health‑related projects.
- Connect statutory and voluntary provision across Airedale and Wharfedale through attendance of relevant meetings and groups whose work streams could be aligned to the provision offered by the Mental Health Connect Project, in a structured way at a system level.
- Develop and implement evaluation processes for each project to measure impact and effectiveness.
- Line manage the Mental Health Connect coaches, MAST facilitator and any other relevant staff, sessional workers and volunteers.
- Work with commissioners, funders and key organisations to ensure project requirements are met and to build strong relationships for future funding/development.
Job Type: Part‑time (28 hours)
Pay: £35,000.00−£38,000.00 per year

Project Development Manager – Rethinking PainJob Purpose:
To manage a portfolio of programmes including Rethinking Pain, Blood Pressure Connect and other health‑related projects.
This role will strategically lead the Rethinking Pain programme into its next phase, ensuring continued impact, quality, and sustainability. In addition, the postholder will contribute strategically and operationally to the success of Blood Pressure Connect and other emerging physical health initiatives, providing leadership and support across the wider organisation.
Key Objectives of the Post:
- Lead and oversee the delivery, development, and day‑to‑day management of the Rethinking Pain programme across Bradford and Craven, ensuring high‑quality, effective, and sustainable delivery.
- Enhance systems and processes for the Rethinking Pain programme and support other related projects such as Blood Pressure Connect.
- Implement evaluation processes to measure impact and effectiveness of the programmes and support evaluation across all projects.
- Work with key KHL partners such as HALE and Healthy Happy You and commissioners, funders, key organisations and academic partners, to manage work streams, ensure project requirements are met and build strong relationships for future funding/development.
- Manage and support the team of Health Coaches, Operations Co‑ordinator, Training Facilitator and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure our projects land on time, on budget, and in line with key performance objectives.
Job Type: Full time (35 hours)
Pay: £35,000.00−£38,000.00 per year
