We're partnering with a fast-growing independent estate agency in Bradford to recruit an experienced Branch Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine business development, people management, and operational oversight. From winning instructions and driving revenue growth to developing your team and ensuring outstanding customer service, you'll play a key role in the continued success and expansion of the business.

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team across residential sales and lettings, creating a culture of accountability and success.
  • Drive valuation activity, win new instructions, and grow market share across the Bradford area.
  • Take ownership of branch performance, ensuring sales, revenue, and profitability targets are consistently achieved.
  • Oversee the full customer journey, ensuring transactions are managed effectively from instruction through to completion.
  • Monitor and improve team performance through coaching, training, and clear KPI management.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, and local stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and presence.
  • Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to support continued branch growth.
  • Ensure operational excellence across the office, maintaining compliance and high service standards at all times.
  • Act as a key ambassador for the business within the local property market.
About you
  • Proven experience within residential estate agency at Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Senior Negotiator, or Valuer level.
  • A strong track record of winning instructions and delivering against sales targets.
  • An inspirational leader who can motivate, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development.
  • Highly organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and raising standards within the industry.
