Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower colleagues to provide outstanding customer service and put the customer first.
• Listen to and respond to customer feedback, reacting accordingly.
• Maintain market‑leading availability across the store.
• Collaborate with other managers to support a performance‑driven department.
• Efficiently manage people routines, scheduling, absence, performance and talent conversations.
• Deliver training to build the team’s capability and confidence.
• Enable colleagues to work confidently across various departments.
• Identify and develop talent within the department.
• Build effective relationships with other operating departments.
• Drive performance against all relevant targets.
• Take a leadership role within the store and plan resources thoroughly.

• Experience managing a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, able to share knowledge and best practices.
• Strong relationship‑building ability with key stakeholders across all areas.
