Bradford (Commutable from: Shipley, Leeds, Keighley, Pudsey, Halifax, Harrogate, Brighouse)

Do you have Maintenance or Engineering Management experience looking to join a globally‑renowned business? In this role, you will lead and develop your own team of skilled engineers in a varied Monday‑Friday weekly rotating shift pattern. The manufacturer is a household name with multi‑million pound purpose‑built sites throughout the UK. This position will support significant investment and growth at the site.

You will oversee a team of Engineers, ensuring PPM are planned, scheduled and optimised efficiently. Autonomy will be given to implement processes.

• Maintenance / Engineering Management
• Responsible for PPM schedule and improving processes
• Monday
  - Friday role (6 am‑2 pm, 2 pm‑10 pm)

• Maintenance and supervisory experience
• Mechanical and/or Electrical background
• Heavy Engineering, Manufacturing, Plant background

The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set and will be decided by our client, the employer.
