Howells Recruitment is partnering with a market leader in passive fire protection to appoint a Commercial Manager (Passive Fire) based in Kent. You will lead the commercial function across Fire Protection/FRA contracts and manage the commercial team to keep projects on time and within budget.
The role requires a QS/Commercial Management degree, strong contract-law knowledge, excellent Excel skills and proven ability to negotiate with clients, consultants and suppliers.
