Worldwide is a global mid-size CRO focused on trials and TMF operations. The Team Lead, TMF Operations ensures Trial Master File inspection readiness, compliance with SOPs, ALCOA and regulations, and collaborates with project teams, sponsors, 3rd party CROs and QA to deliver quality TMF services.
The role requires overseeing RMC activities, supporting 5–10 studies, monitoring KPIs, mitigating risks, and using data to guide decisions while developing QMDs.
