Senior Finance Delivery Lead

Overview

• Own and lead the end-to-end delivery of finance managed services for a global client, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards
• Oversee IFRS reconciliations and audit support, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery across entities
• Drive standardisation of processes across jurisdictions, implementing best practice controls and governance
• Act as primary contact for global stakeholders, coordinating across regions and PwC member firms
• Build trusted relationships and provide clear reporting on performance, risks and issue resolution
• Lead and develop a ~30-person onshore/offshore team, driving accountability and effective resource management
• Drive process standardisation, controls, and continuous improvement through optimisation and automation initiatives

• Must be ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA qualified (or international equivalent)
• IFRS and GAAP experience
• Proven experience working in global, multi-jurisdictional environments, including coordination with international stakeholders and delivery centres
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with geographically dispersed teams and senior client contacts
