Age UK Bradford District is seeking a Programme Lead - Social Connections to steer our work supporting older people who are lonely or isolated. You will lead the Enabling Connections Programme, help people build confidence, form meaningful relationships, and reconnect with their communities.
Working with staff, volunteers, and partners, you will ensure services are safe, person-centred and outcome-focused, monitor impact, and promote services across Bradford District.
