Clear Group is seeking a senior schemes leader to own and deliver performance across a portfolio of schemes, working closely with Brokerbility. You will be the technical lead for DA and underwriting, shaping relationships with insurers and capacity providers, and driving market-leading tenders and audits.
You will influence product development, champion operational improvements, and lead a team of up to six Scheme Managers to deliver strategic objectives in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
