• Become registered with OFSTED as the Children’s Registered Manager for the home in Bradford
• Manage the residential service, providing expert support to young people with EBD
• Work with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to support the development and improvement of the home
• Build and develop the staff team, ensuring strong leadership across the service
• Manage residential staff including Deputies, Team Leaders, and Support Workers
• Ensure the service consistently meets OFSTED standards and maintains high‑quality outcomes
• Lead the service in Bradford as the accountable Children’s Registered Manager, with children and quality at the heart of decision‑making

• NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
• Full Driving Licence
• Proven experience managing within Children’s Residential services
• Ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams to deliver excellent care
• Commitment to maintaining compliance and achieving strong OFSTED outcomes as Children’s Registered Manager in Bradford
