Operations Management, Healthcare Management, Project & Program Management
The Practice Manager will have overall day-to-day oversight of the practice, ensuring the effective, safe and efficient operation of all three sites. Working closely with the Partners and wider management team, the postholder will provide visible leadership, coordinate activity across the practice and ensure that appropriate systems, processes and standards are maintained.
While the postholder will have support from a strong management and leadership team, they will be expected to be visible and actively involved in the day-to-day running of the practice. The successful candidate will be comfortable getting involved, supporting colleagues and stepping in to resolve issues when required, particularly during busy periods or where additional leadership is needed. They will need to be practical, approachable and solutions-focused, with the ability to move comfortably between strategic oversight and the immediate operational needs of a busy, three-site practice.
