Litho Print Minder - Double Day Shift

Permanent position with a competitive salary (£28,500 - £33,000 per annum, dependent upon experience). Cubed Talent is recruiting on behalf of a well-established print manufacturer for an experienced Litho Print Minder to join a busy production team on a double day shift pattern.

• Support the printing process to meet production and quality targets
• Assist on lithographic printing machinery during double-day shifts
• Monitor print quality, colour consistency, and materials
• Troubleshoot and resolve print and machinery issues
• Clean and maintain equipment to a high standard
• Adhere to all health & safety procedures and housekeeping standards

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a litho printing environment
• Experience assisting on Heidelberg presses (XL 106 preferred)
• Strong understanding of print materials and colour standards
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work on your own initiative
• Passion for producing high-end, quality print

• Competitive annual salary £28,500 - £33,000 (dependent upon experience)

• Double day shift pattern:
  • Early Shift: Mon-Thu 6:00am-1:45pm | Fri 6:00am-12:30pm
  • Late Shift: Mon-Thu 1:30pm-9:00pm | Fri 12:15pm-7:45pm
