• Control and monitor a process or plant and equipment, effectively, efficiently and securely, and resolve problems or correct abnormal conditions.
• Complete documentation relevant to the manufacturing process.
• Work safely in a science manufacturing environment.
• Understand and follow quality procedures.
• Participate in continuous performance improvement projects

• 5 GCSE's including Maths, English, and a Science subject grade 4-9 or equivalent standard (predicted or actual).
• A positive attitude towards safe working, excellent IT skills, effective communication skills and the ability to follow procedures with a methodical approach.
• The ability to solve problems in a timely manner, and to stay calm in difficult situations.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work as part of a team.
• To be self-driven and have an enthusiastic approach to work as well as the desire to succeed.
