Production​/Assembly Operative

Position: Production / Assembly Operative
We are recruiting for a production/assembly operative to join a thriving and growing business based in Bradford.

This is a hands on role where attention to detail is critical.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Managing start up, set, operate and shut down of the machines in accordance with established procedures

* Ability to set and read digital measuring equipment

* Check line test equipment at the beginning of every shift to ensure correct working

* Check and cross reference job specifications to materials run

* Ensure stock levels are maintained to ensure continuous running of machines

* Record machine running parameters & settings within a data logging system

* A can-do attitude, able to overcome obstacles with a team approach

* Plan for product and material changes

* Communicate with fellow team members to learn of any equipment problems or malfunctions, and take care of them as they come up

Various hours available - (Apply online only) / (Apply online only) - 37.5 hours per week.

Experience working in a manufacturing environment is desirable
