Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias)

West Yorkshire

Salary: £42,000 – £46,000 OTE (including overtime)

• Mechanical maintenance experience within manufacturing or industrial environments
• Basic electrical fault finding skills
• Experience working on machinery and production equipment
• Hands‑on and proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Monday to Friday – Rotating Shifts
• 1 week: 06:00 – 14:30
• 1 week: 13:30 – 22:00
• 2 weeks: 08:00 – 16:30

Overtime available at time and a half

• Carry out mechanical and basic electrical maintenance
• Fault finding and repairing production machinery
• Complete planned preventive maintenance (PPMs)
• Respond to breakdowns and minimise downtime
• Support improvements across the site
• Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
• Participate in the on‑call rota

• A hands‑on engineer with strong mechanical maintenance skills
• Basic electrical fault finding ability
• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience
• Reliable and proactive attitude
• Team player with good problem‑solving skills
