We’re recruiting 4 Productivity Operatives for immediate starts in the Bradford BD4 area. Weekly pay through the agency and after permanent.

• 31 days holiday per year after probation
• Summer shutdown (1 week) + Christmas shutdown

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Overtime available (voluntary, not mandatory)

• Operating within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Assisting with machine operation and production processes
• Handling goods in/out as required
• Maintaining quality and safety standards
• Supporting team targets and production output

• Previous experience as a Production Operative (advantageous, not essential)
• Background in manufacturing, machine operation, goods out, or textiles
• Willingness to learn – full training provided

• Quality Control (QC)
• Machine Operative roles
• Supervisory positions (with further training)

As a Production Operative, you’ll start through Recruitment with a clear pathway to a permanent role following a successful probation period.
