About the Role
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join established manufacturing businesses producing high-quality building and construction products.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or production experience who are looking for long-term stability, career progression and ongoing training.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating extrusion and production machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitoring product quality and completing quality checks
• Following production plans, work instructions and operating procedures
• Completing production records and documentation
• Supporting preventative maintenance activities
• Maintaining housekeeping and health & safety standards
• Packaging finished products to customer specifications
• Working as part of a team to achieve production targets and KPI requirements dentifying opportunities for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Previous extrusion, machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to quality and health & safety
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to complete production paperwork accurately
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexible approach to shift work and business requirements
