Bradpack Operator

Solenis is a leading global provider of water and hygiene solutions. We are looking for a motivated and safety‑driven Packaging Operative to join our fast‑paced team.

Packaging Operative – 3 days on / 3 days off – 10:00 to 22:00.

Low Moor, Bradford – close to motorway network and public transport links.

• Permit assessment and acceptance to ensure safe operations.
• Troubleshoot Form Fill & Seal (FFS) equipment issues.
• Deliver reactive maintenance to maximise plant reliability and uptime.
• Operate confidently within the FFS menu, controls, and data systems.
• Packing containers as required.
• Support warehouse operations, including Flexi‑truck driving.
• Maintain excellent 5S standards and safety compliance.
• Use SAP for labelling and process order management.
• Provide flexibility to support the main warehouse when needed.
• Collect pallets across site using HGV or tramming equipment.

• NVQ or equivalent in packing lines or basic engineering.
• 3 GCSEs (English, Maths, Science) or equivalent.
• Experience in a chemical or similar manufacturing environment.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to pass a forklift truck test.
• Physical capability for manual tasks.
