MIG Welder / Fabricator (Structural Steel) £14.50 - £15.50 PH  Company Benefits  Overtime  Monday - Friday  Early Finish on a Friday Dudley Are you a MIG Welder / Fabricator with experience in high-quality precision fabrication looking for a long-term, stable Monday to Friday role offering structural steelwork with overtime available? A growing structural steel fabrication business specialising in high-quality steelwork for the construction sector.

Operating from a modern workshop, it produces RSJs, beams and bespoke fabricated components, delivering reliable solutions from fabrication through to site-ready supply for residential and commercial projects. In this role, you will carry out MIG welding and fabrication on structural steelwork including RSJs, beams and bespoke components, working from engineering drawings and WPS to produce high-quality finished products. Day-to-day duties will include cutting, fitting, assembling, grinding and general fabrication tasks, along with visual inspection and repair of welds where required.

This role would suit a MIG Welder / Fabricator with structural steel experience who is looking to join a growing fabrication business working on bespoke steelwork projects, offering stable Monday to Friday hours and the opportunity to increase earnings through overtime.
