As a Packaging Operative you will:
Assemble, pack, or inspect products in line with company standards Monitor product quality and report any defects or issues Follow health & safety procedures at all time Maintain accurate production records where required Keep work areas clean and compliant with safety regulations Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production process You will play a key role in advancing our clients strategic objectives while maintaining operational excellence.
What We Are Looking For Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance Strong work ethic with a proactive, can-do attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Excellent attention to detail and quality standards Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures accurately Physically capable of manual handling and standing for extended periods Health & safety conscious at all times Team-oriented with good communication skills Flexible to work shifts and overtime when required Eager to learn and develop new skills within the business What Our Client Offers Routes for progression if a contract is offered Pay: £12.92 - £15.89 per hour plus overtime rates Temp to perm opportunities Overtime once training period is completed Canteen facilities Working Hours Nights: 1-2 Weeks Training on Monday-Thursday moving onto your night shift pattern Monday-Wednesday , Thursday days:
Monday to Thursday AM:
Monday to Friday PM:
Monday to Friday , 1-2 weeks training on days
